Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of how we can help.

For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item and the affected area, plus packaging photographs if relevant.

PARTNERSHIPS AND PROJECT REQUESTS

Interested in bringing your project’s branding to merchandise on Wealthy World?

Send your project name, website or social links, the products you have in mind, and your contact information. Please confirm that you are authorized to discuss use of the project’s logos and artwork.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically authorize production or create a partnership. Branding permissions, design approvals, and commercial terms must be agreed before products go on sale.

WEALTHSWAP AND NFT SUPPORT

For a wallet or transaction issue, include the relevant public wallet address, network, token contract address, and transaction hash where available. A screenshot or description of the issue can also help.

Never send a seed phrase, private key, password, or wallet recovery code. We do not need these credentials to provide support.

Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed by Wealthy World, but we can review the information you provide and help investigate.
