WEALTHY WORLD TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern your use of the Wealthy World website, merchandise store, and any available digital or blockchain features, including Wealthswap.
“Wealthy World,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website. Questions can be sent to wealthywolvesnfts@gmail.com.
- ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies applicable to your transaction.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction. Wallet-based trading and distribution features are intended for users aged 18 or older who may lawfully use those services in their location.
You may not use our services for unlawful purposes or to evade applicable restrictions.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, images, and availability. Colors and appearance may vary between screens and physical products.
Merchandise may be made to order. Review the product description, size guide, selected options, and delivery information before purchasing.
We may update listings and correct errors. If an error affects an existing order, we will contact you about available options. If we cancel an order, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled items and any associated charges that must be refunded.
- ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
Applicable prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other mandatory charges will be disclosed as required before purchase.
We may decline or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unavailable merchandise, or legal restrictions, subject to applicable law and refund obligations.
- SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy form part of the terms applicable to merchandise purchases.
Contact us immediately to request changes or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after production or fulfillment begins, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. This reporting window does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
- WALLETS AND BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS
Where wallet features are available, you initiate transactions using your connected wallet. You are responsible for checking the network, token contract, recipient addresses, amounts, spending permissions, and transaction details before approval.
Never provide your wallet seed phrase or private key to Wealthy World or anyone claiming to provide support.
Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed by Wealthy World. Incorrect addresses, incompatible tokens, network conditions, and smart-contract failures can cause losses or failed transactions.
This technical limitation does not remove any legal rights or remedies you may have against a responsible party.
- SWAPS AND TOKEN INFORMATION
Wealthswap provides an interface for supported blockchain transactions. Available trading routes depend on third-party liquidity and supported contracts.
Quotes, prices, balances, logos, charts, and other displayed information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Estimated output may differ from execution results within the transaction’s approved limits.
Token listing, approval for display, or availability through Wealthswap does not constitute an audit, endorsement, investment recommendation, or guarantee of authenticity, liquidity, value, or safety.
We do not guarantee investment returns, token appreciation, continued trading availability, or protection against losses.
- PLATFORM FEES AND NETWORK GAS
Applicable Wealthy World platform fees will be disclosed before you authorize the relevant transaction. They are separate from blockchain network gas and any third-party liquidity or routing fees.
Planned fees are not charged merely because they are described in these Terms. They apply only after the relevant feature is enabled and the fee is disclosed for your transaction.
For the planned airdrop service, the intended platform fee is 3 CRO per campaign, charged with the first successful distribution batch. Later batches in that same campaign do not incur another platform fee.
For the planned swap buyback feature, the intended platform fee is 2 CRO per successful swap through Wealthswap. If enabled, this fee will fund purchases of our designated project token when a supported trading route is available.
Purchased project tokens will be sent to an owner-controlled wallet. The owner may hold, sell, transfer, or use those tokens at their discretion, including for project expenses, development, and personal compensation. These tokens are not represented as burned, locked, or permanently removed from circulation.
Buybacks do not guarantee a price increase or financial benefit to token holders.
Network gas may be charged even when a transaction fails. Any platform-fee refund rights remain subject to the transaction circumstances and applicable law.
- AIRDROP LISTS AND DISTRIBUTIONS
When using distribution features, review every recipient and allocation before authorizing a transaction.
CSV detection and duplicate removal are convenience tools. They do not establish ownership, consent, identity, legal eligibility, or suitability of the addresses in an uploaded file. Holder exports may include smart contracts, exchanges, or other addresses that require special handling.
A campaign may require multiple transactions and separate wallet confirmations. A failed batch does not reverse earlier confirmed batches.
Do not use the service to distribute fraudulent, malicious, unlawful, or misleading tokens. You are responsible for ensuring that your distribution and use of recipient information are lawful.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND SUBMISSIONS
Wealthy World branding, original content, and designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party project names, artwork, and logos belong to their respective owners.
Purchasing merchandise or an NFT does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark rights, or commercial-use rights. Any additional rights must be expressly granted in the applicable listing or agreement.
If you submit logos, artwork, token information, or partnership materials, you must have authority to provide them and grant any permissions required for the intended use.
Submitting a project does not guarantee approval, listing, a merchandise partnership, or publication. Commercial and branding permissions may require a separate agreement.
- ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not attempt to compromise the website, exploit contracts, access another person’s wallet, submit deceptive information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or interfere with other users.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or legal obligations. Restricting website access does not give us control over independently held wallet assets.
- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or link to third-party wallets, payment services, exchanges, liquidity protocols, marketplaces, and other services.
Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. We do not guarantee their availability or performance. This does not exclude obligations that applicable law places on Wealthy World.
- PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Blockchain addresses and transaction details submitted onchain may become publicly accessible and generally cannot be deleted from the blockchain.
- AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
Services may be interrupted, modified, or unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free third-party data.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide guarantees beyond those expressly stated for the applicable product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, consumer protections, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- CHANGES AND FUTURE FEATURES
We may update these Terms and identify the revision date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
Updates do not retroactively change completed purchases or remove existing rights. Future features, token launches, buybacks, listings, and partnerships are not guaranteed merely because they are discussed or planned.
