At Wealthy World, we want your merchandise to arrive as ordered and in good condition. If something is wrong, contact us at wealthywolvesnfts@gmail.com.
MADE-TO-ORDER MERCHANDISE
Our merchandise is made to order. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer.
Please review the product description, size guide, color, design, and shipping information before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.
Email wealthywolvesnfts@gmail.com with:
• Your order number.
• The name or email used for the order.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the item and the affected area.
• Photographs of the packaging if it arrived damaged.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. This reporting window does not limit rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
MISSING ITEMS OR PACKAGES
If an item is missing from your order, check whether it is arriving in a separate shipment, then contact us with your order number and details.
If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, check the delivery location and contact us promptly so we can help investigate. A tracking status alone does not determine your eligibility for a remedy under applicable law.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please contact us before returning anything. We will explain whether a return is needed and provide the correct instructions and return address.
If a return is requested, keep the item unused, unworn, and unwashed, with its tags and packaging where available. These conditions do not remove your rights regarding faulty goods.
For confirmed defects or errors on our part, we will arrange or cover necessary return shipping where a return is required.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued promptly to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable, except where the refund concerns our error, a qualifying defect, or another situation requiring reimbursement under applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Contact us immediately to request a cancellation or change. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production or fulfillment begins, except where applicable law provides a cancellation right.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights concerning faulty goods, delivery failures, refunds, or cancellation periods. Made-to-order status does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.
DIGITAL AND BLOCKCHAIN SERVICES
This policy addresses physical merchandise. NFTs, token swaps, and other blockchain services are subject to their applicable terms and disclosures, without limiting rights provided by law.
